Definitioner

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

1. Company referred to as either the Company We, Us or Our in this Agreement) refers to Showw, Greater Noida.

2. Services refer to the digital solutions offered for use through the showw.online platform.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase digital services from Us.

4. Service refers to the showw.online website and its associated digital features.

5. Website refers to Showw, accessible from https://showw.online

6. You means the individual accessing or using the showw.online Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 3 days from the date of purchase of the digital service on showw.online.

If your cancellation request is approved, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the date of approval. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original Order, and no additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Refunds

In order for the Service to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

1. The Service was purchased within the last 3 days

The following Services are not eligible for refunds:

1. Services that are customized or personalized specifically according to Your requirements.

2. Services which, by their nature, cannot be revoked once delivered or accessed.

3. Services that involve access to confidential or personal information and cannot be undone once started.

4. Services that have been fully utilized or integrated with other platforms, making reversal impossible.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests for any service that does not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Services may be eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, promotional or discounted Services cannot be refunded, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Requesting a Refund

Since Showw provides digital services, no physical returns are required. To request a refund, please contact us with your Order details and reason for the refund.

As Showw offers digital services, there is no physical return shipment. Refunds will only be processed upon verification of your cancellation request. Please ensure you provide all necessary information for smooth processing. Any refunds initiated will be refunded to the original payment method within 10-15 business days
